How long does delivery take?

We target 30-minute delivery from the time your order is accepted. Actual times may vary based on your location and the distance to the assigned print shop.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is placed, you can track its real-time status in the Orders section of your account.

What file formats are supported?

We currently support PDF files for printing. Please ensure your documents are properly formatted before uploading.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD availability depends on the assigned print shop. Where available, it will be shown as a payment option at checkout.

How do I get a refund?

Email us at support@brunx.fit with your Order ID and reason within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before printing starts. Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

My payment was deducted but no order was placed — what do I do?

This is a payment failure scenario. The amount is typically auto-reversed within 3–5 business days. If not, email support@brunx.fit with your transaction reference number.

How do I become a print shop partner?
