• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and place orders.
• By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Zippi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Zippi is an on-demand print aggregation and delivery platform that:

• Accepts document uploads from customers and transmits them to local print shop partners (Tenants).
• Facilitates delivery of printed documents through trained delivery personnel (Captains).
• Processes payments on behalf of print shop partners via Razorpay.

Important: Zippi acts as an intermediary platform between customers and print shops. The actual printing service is performed by independent print shop partners. Zippi is not responsible for the quality of printing beyond reasonable commercial standards, and any specific quality concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Consumers register via email OTP. No password is required; your identity is verified via one-time codes.
• Tenant Partners, Captains, and Employees register via email and password with admin approval.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Each account supports one active session at a time — logging in on a new device will automatically log out previous sessions.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account termination.

4.1 Placing an Order

• Orders are placed by uploading documents and confirming delivery details.
• Once an order is placed and a print shop is assigned, the order cannot be cancelled without applicable charges.
• Zippi provides an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary based on distance, traffic, and print shop load.

4.2 Payments

• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway authorized by the RBI.
• By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select shops and must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails after order placement, the order will not be processed. Any amount debited in such cases will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days by Razorpay.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing illegal, obscene, defamatory, or copyrighted content without authorization.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law, including but not limited to the IT Act 2000, Indian Penal Code, or Copyright Act 1957.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Post fake reviews or manipulate our rating systems.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action as per applicable Indian law.

The Zippi platform, including its name, logo, software, design, and content, is the proprietary property of Machs Technologies and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Documents you upload remain your intellectual property. By uploading, you grant Zippi a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and print your documents as instructed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zippi and Machs Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of documents due to file corruption or upload errors beyond our control.
• Delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Actions or omissions of independent print shop partners or delivery captains.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through our support team at support@brunx.fit.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your rights to use the platform cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, registered users will be notified via email.
